Save(right click and "save image as") a icon to your computer Open a chat in MSN Messenger Click on the arrow near your actual display picture(below) Click on "Change Display Picture" Click "Browse" in the window that pops up Select the icon you just saved to your computer Click "OK" Than Click "OK" again Now the icon you just downloaded is saved as your display picture
